Committee (ARC)
It is the permanent commission of the
Executive Committee. Its purpose is to promote
a regular Exchange between the Director
General and the Member States.
The SACMI advises and assists the Director
General in developing, evaluating and
implementing proposals aimed at improving,
modernizing and transforming the management
and financial administration of the Institute.
Established by the IABA to coordinate the
examination of accounts of the General
Directorate by the Member States.
The ARC reviews the work of the external
auditors and all other aspects of the Institute’s
external auditing system, and calls to the
attention of the Executive Committee anything
that may constitute a violation of the rules and
procedures governing the operations of the
General Directorate.
