Disability and Dyslexia Support (DDS) is here to support and advise you from application and pre arrival and throughout your time at Keele. Although sometimes dependent on funding and level of need, we can support students with: KUOAC is a fully accessible centre open to all UK disabled students who require a specialist assessment. We will also advise you on the type of support you may require, enabling you to achieve your potential and enjoy an inclusive student experience whilst you are at Keele. We are able to provide support with personal emergency evacuation plans (PEEPs) exam arrangements, accommodation needs and help with your application for Disabled Students Allowance (DSA). You can access a range of specialist assessments with us. The service also operates a loan system for some specialist equipment and technology and provides Deaf Alerters and pagers for use on the campus. We also provide Connect@Keele which is a specialist social support service for students on the autistic spectrum.
