The Student Services Centre
The Student Services Centre, based in the
Tawney Building is your first stop, if you need
information about the range of additional
support and activities available to students at
Keele. Whether it’s Academic Advice, Electives
information, Financial Support, Support in
Accommodation, International Student Support,
Personal Issues, i.e. Bullying, Homesickness etc,
we can help. The team are experienced in dealing
with a wide range of issues and will work with
you to resolve any issues or concerns that you
have at any point during your time at Keele. We
also have dedicated members of staff to support
different student groups including Care Leavers,
Mature students, Students with caring
responsibilities and LGBT students, so either
come along and have a chat with us or make
yourself known to the dedicated contact to
find out about the support available to you

We also have information about the Keele
Mentors scheme and the range of Welcome
Week events organised at Keele.
With a broad range of support available,
there will always be an answer to your question
– whatever it might be. For more information
about the services provided by our team please
come to the Information Point in the Chancellor’s
Building Gallery during Welcome Week or to
our front desk in the Tawney Building.
