Let’ s go over some of the benefits of losing weight:

Not getting out of breath after walking up stairs. � Not hiding myself with baggy clothing. � Improved intimacy life with my husband. � Being able to keep up with my kids. � Not worrying about what other people think of me. � No longer hiding from a mirror. � Having more energy to do the things I want to do. � Not feeling self conscious. � No longer feeling like an embarrassment to my family and friends.
