• 1 Cup liquid egg whites ( or use from eggs )
• 1 Cup old fashioned oats or quick oats
• 1 Cup hot wheat cereal
Preparation Instructions
Beat eggs with a small amount of cream of tartar to make them stiff . Sprinkle in seasonings to taste ( cinnamon , splenda , whatever your preference ). Add oats and wheat and keep mixing . Pre-heat oven to 375 . Pour mixture into bread loaf pan , ( lightly sprayed with PAM ). Bake for 20 minutes .

Fun Facts My grandmother made this as a quick breakfast . I double the recipe by adding . 5 Cup Oats and . 5 Cup Water to keep the sugar down .
