• 1 Cup liquid egg whites( or use from eggs)
• 1 Cup old fashioned oats or quick oats
• 1 Cup hot wheat cereal
Preparation Instructions
Beat eggs with a small amount of cream of tartar to make them stiff. Sprinkle in seasonings to taste( cinnamon, splenda, whatever your preference). Add oats and wheat and keep mixing. Pre-heat oven to 375. Pour mixture into bread loaf pan,( lightly sprayed with PAM). Bake for 20 minutes.

Fun Facts My grandmother made this as a quick breakfast. I double the recipe by adding. 5 Cup Oats and. 5 Cup Water to keep the sugar down.
