Dumbbell Calf Raises
What to do:
Hold two dumbbells at your side as shown. Point your feet out slightly and stand upright. From this position simply rise up on your toes as high as possible. Hold the contraction at the top for several seconds before coming down slowly. Exhale on the way up and inhale on the way back down.

Don’ t Forget to:
Make sure you donʼt bounce up and down. Using momentum will make it so you get very little out of this exercise. Go slow enough so that you can feel the burn in your calf muscles.
