Dumbbell Calf Raises
What to do :
Hold two dumbbells at your side as shown . Point your feet out slightly and stand upright . From this position simply rise up on your toes as high as possible . Hold the contraction at the top for several seconds before coming down slowly . Exhale on the way up and inhale on the way back down .

Don ’ t Forget to :
Make sure you donʼt bounce up and down . Using momentum will make it so you get very little out of this exercise . Go slow enough so that you can feel the burn in your calf muscles .
