Dumbbell Hammer Curls
What to do:
This exercise can be performed standing or sitting. Straighten the arms and bring the elbows forward. Grab the dumbbells with the fists facing each other. Pivoting around the elbow joint bring the dumbbells all the way up without moving the elbow.

Don’ t Forget to:
Keep the elbows still and use full range of motion from the top to the bottom. Avoid using momentum by going slow.
