Dumbbell Hammer Curls
What to do :
This exercise can be performed standing or sitting . Straighten the arms and bring the elbows forward . Grab the dumbbells with the fists facing each other . Pivoting around the elbow joint bring the dumbbells all the way up without moving the elbow .

Don ’ t Forget to :
Keep the elbows still and use full range of motion from the top to the bottom . Avoid using momentum by going slow .
