2 Arm Concentration Curls

What to do :

Lean over the preacher curl so that your arms on the vertical face of the machine . Preacher curl machines usually enable you to use two sides . On one side your arms are out at about a 45 degree angle and the other side is vertical . Use the vertical side for this exercise . Bring your arm pits right to the top of the preacher curl and place your triceps against the pad . From the
starting position lift the barbell all the way up and then return it to the start position .
