2 Arm Concentration Curls

What to do:

Lean over the preacher curl so that your arms on the vertical face of the machine. Preacher curl machines usually enable you to use two sides. On one side your arms are out at about a 45 degree angle and the other side is vertical. Use the vertical side for this exercise. Bring your arm pits right to the top of the preacher curl and place your triceps against the pad. From the
starting position lift the barbell all the way up and then return it to the start position.
