What to do:

Sit down on the Life Fitness abdominal crunch and grab the handles over your head. Put your feet behind the foot rest mat. Contracting the abdominal muscles perform a crunch by bringing your upper body down as far as you can. Exhale on the way down and inhale on the way back up.
