MARK DAVID , NEAA The North East Automotive Alliance ( NEAA ), the cluster supporting the region ’ s automotive supply chain , has appointed Mark David as skills project manager .
Mark , who previously worked at Business Durham , will lead on the North East Local Skills Improvement Plan ( NELSIP ), an employer-led plan that meets future business needs and provides a resilient and responsive supply of the skills needed to drive economic success and investment in the region .
Initially , Mark will be 100 % dedicated to the NELSIP , ensuring the plan is managed and delivered , and he will move to support further NEAA membership skills activity later in 2023 .

Lesley Stabler is a certified chartered accountant with more than 20 years ’ experience in a senior role and has joined Ribchesters Chartered Accountants from Tait Walker / Azets .
Having worked in the North-East throughout her career , Lesley has gained her experience working with a wide range of clients , predominantly with owner-managed businesses including those in the property , retail , agriculture and pharmaceutics sectors .

Artech Lighting has welcomed new regional sales manager Daniel Renforth to its Durham City HQ .
With 11 years ’ experience in the lighting industry , having worked in East Anglia , Yorkshire and latterly nationally , Daniel ’ s appointment will further enhance Artech ’ s impressive reputation across the development sector .
It is something of a homecoming for Daniel , who was born and bred in Gosforth and attended Northumbria University before work commitments eventually saw him move to Disley , Manchester , in 2016 .

Aprile will manage the business ’ s Durham office services arm , which covers call answering , registered office addresses , mail management , meeting room and hot desk hire , and two floors of managed office tenants .
Taking on this new role after 12 years ’ retail management experience , Aprile is thrilled about her career move .
“ As a busy mum I ' m really excited to be getting out to attend Durham Business Club events , explore new venues , and meet our members ,” she said .
CHRIS DIXON AND LEWIS BLAKELOCK , FW CAPITAL FW Capital has strengthened its North-East Property team with two new appointments .
Chris Dixon ( picturd right ) has joined as senior investment executive and Lewis Blakelock as assistant investment executive .
Both will support local property developers with development funding to bring forward commercial and residential development projects .
This includes the recently launched £ 35m North-East Commercial Investment Property Fund , which is managed by FW Capital and backed by the North-East Local Enterprise Partnership ( LEP ).
It aims to address the funding gap in the market and drive economic growth and create new jobs in the North-East LEP area .
