As a foodie , I instantly connected with Ratatouille , my favorite Pixar movie . I fell in love with Remy ’ s passion for creativity , his unique friendship with Linguini , and the encouragement that we can do anything . I was ecstatic when I learned that Remy ’ s Ratatouille Adventure was coming to EPCOT as part of the newly expanded France Pavilion . This new attraction helped kick off “ The World ’ s Most Magical Celebration ” to honor the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World Resort .

I had the opportunity to attend special media and Annual Passholder previews that allowed me to ride eight times before the attraction officially opened ! Across my multiple adventures , I was able to spot many details that the Imagineers incorporated to create the largerthan-life world of Ratatouille . But even after the eighth time , I still haven ’ t seen it all .
KEEP YOUR EYES PEELED IN THE QUEUE As you enter the queue , a large poster of Chef Skinner , the head chef at Gusteau ’ s , greets you . Look closely at the wallpaper inside the winding queue rooms : You ’ ll notice a hidden pattern containing Remy , Emile , and an Eiffel Tower made of utensils .
You will eventually arrive on the stunning rooftop of Gusteau ’ s . The warm lighting , details of the building walls , and the sounds of the busy streets really pull you into the setting : Are you standing above a Parisian allée , or are you still baking in the Orlando sun ?
My favorite detail : In both English and French , Guesteau , from his sign on high , recites his famous motto —“ Anyone can cook ”— but with a new addition at the end : “ But no one cooks like Chef Remy .”
