In Disney Springs , he ’ s the star of not one but two hand-painted murals . The first is at the LEGO store , and the second is right around the corner from Erin McKenna ’ s Bakery NYC . You ’ ll also see him on the Mouse Pacific poster at the Minnie meet-and-greet area at Disney ’ s Hollywood Studios . And if you ’ re visiting Skipper Canteen , look out for a book called Native Orange Birds of the Southeastern United States by Dr . Sid Truss . ( Say the name three times fast .) it ’ s safe for character encounters once again . Maybe we ’ ll get the crossover we deserve with Orange Bird and Howard the Duck starring in their own Disney + series .
Or perhaps Orange Bird will soar to his rightful place alongside other Disney luminaries . We can only hope that the zest is yet to come .
