An Egg & Cheese Sandwich or classic Mickey Wafes are sure to give you the energy you need for a full day at the park . Throughout the day , you can find sandwiches , salads , pizza , burgers , cupcakes , and more .
Sports fan ? Being on vacation doesn ’ t mean you have to miss the big game . Rix Sports Bar & Grill at Coronado has over 30 TVs and a wide variety of food for breakfast , lunch , and dinner . Appetizers consist of traditional bar fare like nachos and wings , and there ’ s a large selection of sandwiches and burgers to appease most appetites .

Outside of Coronado Springs and along Lago Dorado , you ’ ll find Laguna Bar . A limited , light fare food menu accompanies a variety of signature cocktails and other libations . Laguna Bar is the perfect place to hang out lakeside if you want to sip a beverage and enjoy great conversation .
Back inside Gran Destino , Dahlia Lounge pays tribute to the collaboration between Walt Disney and Salvador Dali , as seen through a collage of black and white photographs . Here , I recommend enjoying your specialty drinks and tapas on the outdoor patio with an incredible view . You can ’ t go wrong with the Spanish Charcuterie and a Tequila Daisy specialty cocktail that includes grapefruit , lime , and hibiscus . If you prefer a zero-proof cocktail , consider the Ponche de Frutas with Hubert ’ s Pomegranate Limeade , sweet-and-sour , pineapple , blackberry , and soda water .
ANOTHER REASON TO VISIT The Palmas Restaurant Group , which runs San Angel Inn , La Cava del Tequila , and La Cantina and La Hacienda de San Angel in the Mexico Pavilion at EPCOT , also operates Maya Grill , El Mercado de Coronado , Siestas Cantina , Laguna Bar , Rix Sports Bar & Grill , and Cafe Rix . If you like the authenticity of the cuisine and ambiance at EPCOT , give some of these locations at Coronado Springs a try . You don ’ t have to stay there to enjoy the variety of foods , but immediate access morning , noon , and night sounds like a great idea to me .
