I was fortunate to enjoy it on my trip , and I want to share that experience with you ; it plussed my meal , and its inclusion made the meal a highlight on that trip to Disney .
THE MAIN EVENT Our plated entrees were a hit . First up , the shrimp and cheddar grits ( not currently on the menu ) represent the kind of stick-to-your-ribs , homestyle cooking that fills you up for a big day of adventures . The shrimp were plump and juicy with a strong garlic butter flavor . The tomato stew and chorizo made a vibrant , spicy sauce with a beautiful color and rich , layered taste . The grits were creamy and smooth , although the cheddar flavor didn ’ t come through very strongly . The
poached eggs brought the whole dish together ; the runny yolks blended all the other ingredients into a wonderfully rich dish . The dish is composed of relatively simple ingredients , but each was prepared well , nicely seasoned , and combined into a top-notch entree .
