In the summer of 2022 , guests will be able to set sail on the Disney Wish , a brand-new ship that marks the beginning of a new chapter for Disney Cruise Line . With departures out of Port Canaveral ( positioned perfectly to bookend your trip with time at Walt Disney World ) to familiar destinations in the Bahamas , there ' s a whole new world of magic at sea to explore aboard this ship with Captain Minnie on the bow and Rapunzel whimsically painting the stern .
The motif of enchantment runs throughout the ship ; from the moment guests step into the Grand Hall , this is evident . Fondly referred to as Disney ' s " castle at sea " by Kristen Baribeau ( Area Manager , Entertainment Options , Disney Cruise Line ), this spectacular space features a stage and Juliet balcony for theatrical performances at one end , a sparkling chandelier , stained-glass inspired railings , and a golden statue of quintessential princess Cinderella .
Three Broadway-caliber shows will be performed in the magical forest-themed Walt Disney Theatre , while favorite films and PremEARs at Sea of first-run movies will play in the Wonderland and Neverland cinemas .
But on Disney Cruise Line , you ' re never far from a show . During the signature rotational dining circuit , guests will sample Nordic cuisine while being entertained at Arendell : A Frozen Dining Adventure , become part of the action at the Worlds of Marvel Dining Adventure , and enjoy California fusion dishes in a classic Hollywood setting surrounded by props and artwork from the evolution of Walt Disney Studios animation at 1923 .
Don ' t worry : Adult dining is back with a fairytale twist as Enchanté , Palo ( upgraded to an Italian steakhouse concept ), and The Rose lounge , which celebrates Beauty and the Beast with opulent surroundings and menus .
