Just this last Tuesday , we scored a Boarding Group for Rise of the Resistance . My 5-year-old daughter said she wanted to be brave and do the ride with everyone . She got measured two different times to make sure she was 40 ”.
As we were boarding the Rebel transport to start the “ ride ” part , she started panicking . The Rebel CM , Troy , started talking to her . He told her to watch his droid R2-5 on our ship because he was his friend . He told her if she did , R2-5 would watch out for her and keep her safe .
It was just the right thing to say and so observant for a young man . He also kept in character flawlessly while helping her .

In Hollywood Studios , my daughter was wearing her Moana outfit . A Cast Member rushed up to her with an autograph book , shouting , “ Moana ! I ’ ve been looking all over for you ! Can I have your autograph ?” And without missing a beat , my daughter obliged with a nice “ Moana ” signature .
I don ’ t know who the Cast Member was , but she made the entire trip with that one brief interaction .

Being greeted by Arneil at the front door of Port Orleans - French Quarter was always a highlight of our stay . His friendly , cheerful greeting brightened our days , year after year . We were surprised to find that he retired several years ago and miss him very much ! He embodied everything Disney is all about .

This Fairy Godmother in Training was so sweet and was the best ever ! In 2019 , we were on our first trip to Walt Disney World and went to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique , and she made my twins Kendall and Callie really feel like princesses and danced with them to get comfortable , and their faces lit up with joy . Thanks so much for making our first trip memorable !

The Cast Members are truly amazing . I think every trip I ’ ve been on , I ’ ve always come back with a very happy memory with a Cast Member .
One that stands out was when I went to ride Peter Pan ’ s Flight . I have some physical disabilities that make it hard for me to walk , and I use a wheelchair . When I was in line , I was starting to get nervous about whether I ’ d be able to successfully get on the ride , so I got out of line .
One of the managers came over and asked what was going on . We let them know how I was feeling , and the manager personally walked me to the front of the ride and stopped the continuous moving belt so that I could get on . The ride was amazing , and they waited the entire time I was on the ride to walk me out . I was almost in tears ; I was so moved by how much they cared .
