You can count on the Hops & Barley Booth to have some kind of incredible sandwich , usually featuring tender , slowroasted meat . The selection is always changing , but this is a solid choice for the carnivores out there .
Moqueca ( Brazil Booth ): Brazilian Seafood Stew served with coconut lime sauce and steamed rice . You ’ ve likely never heard of this dish before , but you should absolutely try this hearty stew full of ocean delicacies . This is one of the more filling dishes at the festival .
Teriyaki Chicken Bun ( Japan Booth ): Steamed bun filled with chicken , vegetables , and teriyaki sauce . This is a festival- and fan-favorite that is almost always available . The pillowy bun has a sweet and sticky filling that will please any picker eater .
Butternut Squash Ravioli ( Wine & Dine Studio Booth ): With brown butter vinaigrette , parmesan cheese , and pumpkin seeds . An elegant dish with complex flavors . The vinaigrette cuts through the richness of the filling , and the pumpkin seed crunch is perfect with the soft pasta .
