If the restaurants you are targeting are on this list—or if there’s another on your list that you just can’t bear to miss—then book as soon in your window as you can! If you do miss out, don’t despair. Keep trying, even on the day of your visit. Cancellations happen all the time—especially around 30 days before your dates, because since the final payment in Disney’s package deal is due then (used to be 45 days before), many cancel then. Reservations also charge a no-show fee if not canceled by the day before, so looking for just-canceled meals the day before, and the day of can also pay off!
