Photo by Bill Sferrazza And a bonus tip: If you have not yet become familiar with how the new FastPass Plus system works, educate yourself. You will not need a Fastpass+ for most attractions in the first few morning hours. The exceptions being: Seven Dwarfs Mine Train at the Magic Kingdom, Toy Story Midway Mania at Hollywood Studios, Kilimanjaro Safari at Animal Kingdom and Soarin’ or Test Track at Epcot. You can ride all of these with little wait and without FastPass+ if you heed my advice; arrive to their respective parks before opening and head right to the attraction. I suggest scheduling all 3 FastPass+ selections you are allotted, for later in the day or in the evening when lines are longest. With purchased tickets linked to your “My Disney Experience” account, you can pre-schedule your 3 FastPass selections up to 60 days prior to your visit if you are staying at a Disney Resort, or up to 30 days prior if not. There is great satisfaction simply walking onto a ride using FastPass, that has an 80-minute Standby wait time. If you plan accordingly and use these strategies to your advantage, you’ll be touring Walt Disney World like a pro!
