perk. If the park has morning or AM EMH, by all means go during that hour, and get there BEFORE opening. Tour the park up until about 11:30am 12:00pm when it begins to fill up. Then hop over to another park where you have pre-scheduled some afternoon FastPasses or spend the day by the pool, Downtown Disney, playing Mini-Golf or whatever your heart desires. If you wish to take advantage of PM Extra Magic Hours, do something else entirely the first half of the day and only attend the park for the EMH time frame. The Evening Extra Magic Hours will always be more crowded than the Morning Extra Magic Hour, but if you are a night owl and like burning the midnight oil, the crowds will be somewhat lighter and it’s fun to say you “closed” a park. 5 Photo by Eric Weber Pack a poncho and embrace the rain if it comes…it’s Florida, trust me, it WILL come. Nothing clears the attraction lines like good old-fashioned rain! Many people opt to take cover in a gift shop, in a restaurant or retreat back to their resort for a rest during a rainstorm. If you aren’t traveling with infants or anyone who would be extremely uncomfortable getting wet, stay in the parks and revel in the luxurious openness of the walk-ways and short wait times. You won’t melt and with the right attitude, you may just be making your favorite vacation memory.
