Photo by Mike Billick Once you board the tram, your tour guide will take you on a “spectacular journey into the movies” to the tune of “Hooray for Hollywood.” The attraction starts off with the waterfall scene from Footlight Parade from the 1930s followed by an incredible audio-animatronic Gene Kelly that is actually Singing in the Rain. Then you are off to see a life-like Julie Andrews as Mary Poppins and Dick Van Dyke as Bert singing “Chim Chim Cher-ee” on the rooftops of London. Musicals quickly give way to the dark gangster underworld and Public Enemy. The seedy streets of Chicago get dicey depending on how many ride vehicles are in use. If there are two, the first ride vehicle continues straight through to the next scene as the other is stopped. Things get a little hairy (and scary for little ones) as a shoot-out occurs. A mobster climbs aboard and uses your vehicle as a get-a-way car. Great Movie Ride ULTIMATE Full Pandavision Experience Disney's Hollywood Studios by BigFatPanda Video
