Residents may have had alcohol or substance misuse issues, mental health problems, be ex-offenders, or be homeless through domestic violence or abuse. The WCIT Charity helped Livingston House fund a new IT suite to equip residents with the life-skills to rebuild their lives and get back to independence. The resulting £2,000 was enough to equip every one of the 49 Lifelites projects at babies and children’s hospices throughout the UK with a specially adapted mouse, custom-designed for the needs of severely disabled children. They’ll be able to do everything from building with Bob the Builder, to playing with Peppa Pig.
