BROKER PROFILES BROKER PROFILES: KEN VEACH S ince entering the insurance industry in 2018, Ken Veach has received his Level 2 General Licence designation and is now working as an account executive for mid-sized to large clients. Last year, Ken joined Waypoint Insurance, where he works with some of the most prominent companies in the metro Vancouver area. Ken’s entrepreneurial spirit allows him to step into his clients’ shoes and understand their commercial insurance needs and wants. Early in his career, Ken was surprised at the low level of insurance service that was the norm for potential clients. To help others in similar positions, he has created a Progressive Insurance Guide to lead potential clients through services that they should expect from their agent. “MY GOAL IS TO LIFT THE VEIL OF MYSTERY THAT SURROUNDS INSURANCE AND ASSIST CLIENTS AS THEY NAVIGATE THEIR OWN PERSONAL INSURANCE JOURNEY.” Ken’s experience and education in Interior Design and Wood Manufacturing has driven him to specialize with insurance in construction, engineering, architecture, and technology. Although not limited to these industries, he has developed relationships and key operational expertise to identify the best source and coverage for businesses in these fields.
