Inquisitive, inspirational, resourceful. Jennifer began her insurance career in
Vancouver working for a small retail broker and then moving to an international
broker concentrating on marine business and attached commercial related accounts.
After many years working in Vancouver, Jennifer moved to London, England, where she
began working for a large British insurance brokerage concentrating on international
accounts. Upon meeting her now husband, she moved to Dorset and worked for a
regional broker where she focused on their larger commercial accounts with a heavy
focus on marketing. After four years in England, Jennifer and her husband took a
chance and moved to Sarawak, Malaysia, on the island of Borneo for her husband’s
work. This was the start of many international moves.

Having moved back to Canada some 15 years later, Jennifer has been working in the
insurance industry in British Columbia for the past 5 years focusing mainly on Not for
Profit Organizations, Arts and Culture, Schools and Food Manufacturing. She joined
the Waypoint Team as Branch Manager, Marine Drive, North Vancouver Office in
September and she is looking forward to the challenges that lie ahead.

Jeff Herman is an insurance broker based out of the Waypoint’s North Vancouver
office on Marine Drive. Jeff is detail oriented and specializes in assisting both
personal and commercial clients all over British Columbia
Jeff was born in North Vancouver and moved away after high school to pursue
a hockey career that included a NCAA scholarship and ended with playing
professionally in Germany. Jeff is married to his wife Shannon and stays involved
with hockey by coaching their two young children - daughter Avery and son Quinn.
Jeff was just elected to the Minor Hockey Committee at the North Shore Winter Club
and also enjoys playing Sr. Men’s (as well as most other sports).
