LETTERS OF GRATITUDE
Left to right: Christine Ferguson,
social worker, Chilton Medical
Center and Patricia Molinelli,
nurse practitioner, Chilton
Medical Center
Dear Ms. Schwartz,
I
am writing with regard to the care received by my mother, during her hospitalization
at Chilton Medical Center in July. Over the past few years my mother has been in
and out of Chilton on many occasions for a variety of ailments, permitting my
family and I the unfortunate opportunity to become well acquainted with the
medical care system.
However, during this most recent stay, the care that was provided by Patricia Molinelli,
nurse practitioner, was exceptional and worthy of recognition. She acted effectively as a
liaison between nurses and medical staff, and tirelessly advocated on behalf of my mother
to ensure she received the care she needed. She was attentive to our needs and listened to
all of our concerns. But more than that, she acted with compassion during what was an
extremely trying and difficult time. Her caring approach was that of a true professional
and a valuable asset to Chilton Medical Center.
Additionally, the assistance of social worker Christine Ferguson was also exceptional.
She, too, exhibited the highest degree of compassion in assisting our family.
I would like to express my sincerest gratitude for both Ms. Molinelli and Ms. Ferguson
who truly are assets to Atlantic Health System, and went above and beyond.
Thank you.
Regards,
Doris
