Ironically, the best dish of the evening was an order of grilled red snapper — lightly seasoned, and cooked to flaky, tender perfection. For diners who prefer eating with a fork — or chop sticks — Seafood Village offers a small selection of Asian cuisine, beautifully presented and quite flavor- ful. Instead of standard white rice, I enthusiastically endorse the Cajun fried rice — a terrific culinary fusion of flavors. Landlubbers have a small selection of entrees to choose from, including fried chicken tenders, hot n’ spicy Asian beef and a chicken wrap. Service at Seafood Village is friendly and attentive. The décor is noticeably casual; guests are invited to add their own graffiti to unfinished wood boards covering the walls. The management even provides permanent markers — and kids of all ages enjoy the typically forbidden activity. ■ UPDATED ALL DAY NOW THAT’S REFRESHING Visit us online 24/7 THE NEWS IS ALWAYS CHANGING.
