treating people, not just teeth as she strives to always make her patients happy.
Dr. Elizabeth Ellen, a third generation orthodontist, and her highly qualified
staff have enjoyed over 20 years of practice. The University of Pennsylvania
School of Dental Medicine and University of Illinois graduate served as an associate professor of clinical orthodontics at Columbia University and was a member
of the St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center craniofacial team. Her practice provides outstanding communication and technical excellence.
The majority of patients are ready to be evaluated for orthodontic treatment
between the ages of 7 and 12 years, yet orthodontic treatment is suitable for all
ages. Dr. Ellen's adult patients appreciate that today's cosmetic options include
fewer braces and that some treatment plans require a year or less to complete.
In addition to metal braces, cosmetic options include ceramic braces, and clear
"invisible" aligners using Simpli5 technology to straighten teeth in as short as 5
months.
Dr. Ellen has a natural affinity for children and actively participates in Children's
Dental Health Month every year. Dr. Ellen also has an active involvement in many
professional organizations including the American Association of Orthodontics,
American Dental Association, Passaic County Dental Society, New Jersey
Association of Orthodontics and the Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontics.
