wooden floors, so oak flooring was
extended into the family room with a
vaulted ceiling and all LED lighting.

A sturdy solid cherry pub table
and chairs serves well for family
meals since they lost their eat-in
kitchen. David’s mother’s grandfather
clock tolls every hour and reminds
everyone of Grandma D. French
doors open to a perfectly manicured
backyard and a too-small patio,
which they plan to extend ASAP.
