6 EVENTS ROUNDUP WISD Legacy Run In September, Baylor Scott & White – Waxahachie sponsored and attended the Legacy Run, which benefits the Education Foundation for Waxahachie ISD. Midlothian Fall Festival and 5K Baylor Scott & White – Waxahachie was the presenting sponsor at the Midlothian Fall Festival and 5K. Various service lines were represented along with passing out hand sanitizer and information to the community. Meals On Wheels Baylor Scott & White Health took time to deliver Meals On Wheels for the residents in Ellis County. Dinah Weable Breast Cancer Survivors Event Baylor Scott & White – Waxahachie sponsored the Dinah Weable Breast Cancer Survivors Event, called the Pink Ribbons and Hearts Luncheon. This luncheon encourages women who are survivors of breast cancer to come together, share their experiences, learn about the advances in treatment and increase awareness that early detection is the best tool for a positive outcome.
