quality health care delivered quickly.

a trip to the ED for patients experiencing symptoms such as (but not
limited to):
That’s the unwavering focus of the Baylor
Scott & White – Waxahachie Emergency
Department (ED), which is proud to be a
critical, 24/7 community resource with
a reputation for providing compassionate
care to those in need in an efficient,
timely manner. • Sudden chest pain
The medical center’s ED team is highly
experienced in treating a wide range of
illnesses and injury. In fact last year, it
ranked as 3rd busiest ED in the entire
Baylor Scott & White Health – North
Texas Division. • Altered mental status
• Stroke symptoms
• Severe injury/broken bones/heavy bleeding
• Wounds needing stitches
• Difficulty breathing
• Sudden, worst-of-your-life headache
