• Representing irrigated agriculture
in the Columbia-Snake River
Endangered Species Act (ESA)
Litigation, as the industry’s only
defendant-intervenor.
• Working with the federal Columbia
River System Operations agencies,
and others, to stop the ESA
litigation promoting dam breaching
and reservoir drawdowns.

• Defending state water right holders
against unlawful actions by state
regulators to impair or relinquish
independently held water rights.

• Supporting Eastern WA Water
Conservancy Boards.
• Implementing high-efficiency
irrigation practices.
• Providing technical support for
water marketing and water right
changes-transfers.
• Providing the WA-OR citizens with
new economic growth
opportunities, adding tax revenues
to support local-state public sector
infrastructure.
