only employs nearly 150 people in Olympia, but
has created a better life for some 17,000 people in
the West African nation of Togo with a mission to
alleviate poverty and promote gender equality.

This third-generation family-owned business
is doing some heavy lifting in the Tri-Cities.
Besides making massive cranes that can support
3,000 tons, they’re also heavily invested in local
endeavors too, like helping with the Columbia
Cup hydro races, and donating their efforts to
Kennewick High School’s stadium upgrade.

campaign. Their second chance hiring practices
are making a positive social impact on local
communities, with new franchises making that
