Effects of poverty
According to a 2010- 2011 poverty percentage list on the Census website the poverty level in 2010 increased from 46,215,956 to 48,452,035 in 2011.Poverty affects nearly every aspect of life ranging from an individual’s health to a divided nation.
Poverty = Crime?
Crime has a tendency to be higher in impoverished areas or in areas with immense wealth gaps.
Poverty brings Robbery, home invasions etc.
Poverty has become the new inequality. The minority consume the majority of the wealth while the majority consumes what’s left of it. The decreasing middle class in America is evidence towards our nation’s decline in economic prosperity.

Restricts one’s ability to attain proper nutrition and it makes it nearly impossible for someone to maintain a proper and healthy lifestyle thus sickness and ailments fall upon them.
