Light dosage of winter Choppers II: the sequel Teutul Jr. plans new motorcycle business in Montgomery By RACHEL COLEMAN Requests from the town of Shawangunk for a fully functioning traffic light at the intersection of Route 300 and Plains Road have been denied by the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT). Town board members noted at their meeting last week that the intersection has a history of traffic accidents, which prompted their request. The attorney said that Orange County planners, in addition to the village, would need to approve a zone change. But that doesn’t deter Teutul’s plans, Baxter said.
