Crawford approves solar moratorium

to consider regulations on the booming
popularity of solar energy arrays. Those
considerations include taxing, landscaping, and other issues.
Manny Salorio of CHA Consulting presented CHA’s Pedestrian Improvements
Plan at Thursday’s meeting. The improvements would add sidewalks to parts of
Holland Avenue and Edmunds Lane.
Salorio said he expected the work to be
done during summer break, with lane closures and flaggers but no road closings.
The Town Board named itself lead agency
in the project
