The President shall be responsible for the general coordination of all the activities of the Association.
The Vice President shall perform the function of the President in the absence of the latter and shall also be responsible for overseeing the finances of the Association.
The Secretary shall be responsible for the recording of all minutes and for all general correspondence of the Association.
The Assistant Secretary shall assist the Secretary and the Vice President in the performance of their duties.
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) shall be responsible for promoting the Association and its activities.
The Treasurer shall be responsible for the managing the finances of the Association.
The Floor Member will serve as tie breaker, represent the membership and help the executive while preparing to assume an executive role. More than one can be appointed.
