Past events have included land acknowledgments by the Sitka Tribe of Alaska, performances by the Naa Kahídi Dancers and New Archangel Dancers, color presentations by the U. S. Coast Guard, and school choirs singing the National Anthem.
New Archangel Dancers Since 1969, the mission of the New Archangel Dancers has been to promote and encourage interest in Alaska ' s Russian history and culture through folk dance and song.
