Training course on Chemical Waste Management and Laboratory Safety
VPHCAP lecturers and researchers attended an online training course on Chemical Waste Management and Laboratory Safety on 15 July 2020 organized by Office of Research Administration and Laboratory Safety Committee and on-site workshop on Biosafety and Biosecurity on 26-27 September and 19-20 December 2020. The workshops were organized by Center for Safety, Occupational Health and Environment, Chiang Mai University (CMU SH&E). It's important for researchers and students who work in laboratory to comply with regulations on safety when they're working in the lab.

This year, VPHCAP proposed the establishment of Research Group of Veterinary Public Health that under the Office of Research Administration, Chiang Mai University. In 2021, with active plan to strengthening research and academic services, we aim to produce more publications as well as short training courses in veterinary public health and food safety couple with the development of online teaching curriculum to support MSc students in the next batches and to expand public relations channels through online communication.
