We received a lot of abuse after publishing a statement outlining our commitment to anti-racism in 2020 , but so far there has been very little pushback about the books themselves . There was a story in a UK newspaper which accused us of ‘ cancelling Caecilius ’ but the newspaper did not actually make a serious attempt to understand our work , instead speculating about what we might be doing and thinking .
