The Certamen Corner is a designated space within the Forum for Certamen information . As part of the plan to increase participation in VJCL , Certamen Corner will hopefully notify students about upcoming Certamen events and motivate them to participate !
FLINT HILL JANUARY 7
On January 7th , VJCL-ers gathered in Northern Virginia for the 32nd annual Flint Hill School Certamen . The event lasted well into the afternoon and included both amateur and competitive divisions in three different difficulty levels . Congratulations to everyone who participated !
THOMAS JEFFERSON HS FEBRUARY 25
Thomas Jefferson High School ' s Latin Honor Society recently hosted its 19th annual Certamen event on 2 / 25 / 2023 from 9:00am - 2:00pm . Congratulations to all players and shoutout to the Competitive Advanced BASIS DC Team who were noted for their outstanding come from behind !
