The VJCL officers have been working arduously on a number of project proposals since our last board meeting . We anticipate acting on these proposals following our spring board meeting . Hopefully , moving forward to the next edition of the Forum , these ideas will no longer be mere proposals . I ' m beyond ecstatic to show Virginia all the hard work we have done behind the scenes .
