Salvete ! I hope everyone ’ s been well since our last meeting . Since we last saw one another , I have attended the NJCL Convention in Lafayette , Louisiana , where I designed state t-shirts , led the VJCL delegation to third place in spirit , and organized service project participation from state delegates . In addition , I worked on proposals for two-day spirit and an optional service project that will be presented today . After this meeting , I hope to finalize details for the Convention schedule as well as push out a spirit and service guide for Convention attendees .

Salve ! Since the spring VJCL board meeting as VJCL Parliamentarian I have attended National Convention , run the VJCL voting fellowship and completed all parliamentarian responsibilities at national convention , interviewed previous and current VJCL officers about their offices , I have worked on a proposal for virtual meeting amendments , created and completed election materials , and I have talked to potential candidates about running for office .
