Fighting Hear t Disease with Juicing!
In a modern world where our diets are overwhelmed by meats, dairy products, excessive drinking, processed sugar, (notwithstanding stress), battling
and preventing heart disease has become increasingly common amongst
us. WELL…What if I told you that juicing, if done regularly has the power
to be a major player in this fight. Cardiologist, Clinical Professor of Medicine at Wayne State University School of Medicine and Director of Cardiac
Wellness Dr. Khan helps us better understand how something so basic as
juicing may help prevent heart disease.
The cells in our bodies need nutrients to function properly, such as vitamins
