By knowing how much sleep your body needs and how long it takes you to wake up, you’ll be able to master the art of alarm setting. You’ll never be late to work again!

Public speaking

This may seem like a daunting task for many, but in a great deal of careers you’ll be required to speak in front of a group at some point. Practice giving a big presentation in front of friends and family or participate in an activity that will help you become the master of your nerves.

Cook for yourself

Even if you positively loathe cooking and plan on finding yourself a husband blessed by the cooking gods, it’s still important for you to be able to make at least a few meals. You won’t always have someone else to rely on and eating Lean Cuisines for every meal just isn’t healthy! Set a goal to learn at least three basic meals before you turn 30!

Pay your bills

Having a handle on your finances is really important and being consistent on bill paying is not only good for your credit but it’s a good habit to get into. If you sit down at the same time every month, you’ll never miss a payment!

Domestic duties

We’re talking laundry, cleaning etc. When you’re on your own, these are things you should know how to handle, if you don’t already.
