Ingredients:

1 cup peanut butter of choice

1 cup sugar

1 egg

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees)

STEP2

Mix peanut butter, sugar, and egg together in a bowl using an electric mixer or a fork until smooth and creamy.

STEP3

Roll mixture into small balls and arrange on a baking sheet; flatten each cookie with a fork, making a criss-cross pattern.

STEP4

Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Cool cookies on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before moving to a plate.
