“ We thank you for this chair we have received .” Nancy , aged 17 , Kenya , 2023 . Nancy travelled through the night with her sister to the Wheels for the World distribution in Kenya . She had never owned a wheelchair . Through the Roof provided her with a selfpropelling wheelchair and a Bible , after which she sang her thanks to God and prayed for us . Nancy was so full of joy , her smile lit up the room . Her wheelchair will provide her with freedom and bless her and her local community .
