How do you want to make your followers feel? Pin with this in mind. Take a look at your most recent pins to see how your account appears to others. Does it tell a story? Does it have a theme? Because Pinterest is a never ending stream, it’s OK to go back and repin old pins from months ago (This is where Pinterest Analytics is helpful!). This way your content gets new life, and you continue to solidify your look, tone, and feel. The optimal amount of pins per pinning session should be between 10-25 pins.
