HARBOR POINT
Along 27 acres of waterfront space lining the western rim of the Inner Harbor , this massive redevelopment project has been underway for several years , transforming a former industrial site into a vibrant neighborhood full of fresh restaurant concepts as well as sleek residential , office and retail space . Some of the key additions : Cindy Lou ’ s Fish House , a restaurant concept from award-winning restaurant group Foreman Wolf ; high-end furniture store West Elm ; boutique fitness provider Solidcore ; Plantbar smoothie shop ; and a Canopy by Hilton hotel with wraparound waterfront views . The final phase of development is in progress now , with a 450,000-square-foot T . Rowe Price headquarters and 4.5 acres of waterfront greenspace called Point Park . The development is expected to wrap up in 2024 .
