Our brand is prideful , casual and fun . Leveraging our brand narratives , our marketing efforts speak to our intrinsic characteristics that make us an engaging , fascinating urban destination .
OUR LOGO
The Visit Baltimore logo picks up on these brand elements by appearing almost spoken aloud : the rise and fall of the letterforms reference a megaphone or a voice projecting boldly into a space . They also reference architecture and street corners meeting together , all apt metaphors for a great American city on the rise .
OUR COLOR PALETTE
Baltimore ’ s color palette is inspired by a blend of history , our built environment and the arts . The primary brand color , Street Lamp , is a reference to Baltimore ’ s history as the first American city to illuminate its streets with gas street lamps in 1817 .
