Here are some of the campaigns and creative work we utilized this past fiscal year to share the Baltimore story with prospective visitors.
NEW DESTINATION VIDEO
Quick, you’ ve got a minute and 30 seconds to describe Baltimore— go! Yeah, we know, it’ s hard to fit it all in. But that challenge was accepted with the creation of our new destination video. Used to entice potential tourists and drive bookings, the new video highlights what sets Charm City apart from its competitors— including our arts and culture scene, warm, welcoming nature, vibrant waterfront, history and so much more. NEW COMMERCIALS:“ IN BALTIMORE WE …”
WE CREATE, WE CELEBRATE AND WE PLAY
Ahead of our spring-summer 2025 campaign, Visit Baltimore produced a series of three new video commercials that each embody the“ You Won’ t Get It Til You Get Here” sentiment. Each spot highlights a different aspect of the city— creativity, celebration and play— while featuring upbeat tunes and a powerful mix of storytelling and dynamic visuals. NEW AUDIO SPOTS: PODCASTS
We also produced four new audio commercials, to support our brand messaging and complement our“ You Won’ t Get It Til You Get Here” videos. We used those spots to build a strong storytelling presence through podcast placements on the Wondery network targeted towards listeners most likely to travel to Baltimore. We also partnered directly with podcasts including Zero to Travel and Family Trips with the Meyers Brothers in which the hosts read custom in-program messaging about Baltimore and encouraged listeners to visit. Together, these audio initiatives delivered 2.5 million + impressions, with the Family Trips podcast attributing 998 thousand episode downloads that include the Visit Baltimore host-read ad.
